I'm trying to figure out what to shoot for when it comes to Elementalists. Any Ideas on what to hook him up with?

Depends; at what point in the game are you talking about? You obviously need a Wand of some sort to use, and what type you use depends on what type of element you'll be focusing on. I'm not an Elementalist myself, so I couldn't really answer your question as well as you would like; if you'd like, PM William the Silent, he has played Elementalist the past two events and would be able to give you some specifics. Otherwise I'm sure somebody else will answer your question shortly.
